Structuring 'exceeding limits' for communication to still deliver//charge CC on file

"there really should be a way to structure a persons account so that when their text or video text limit is reached, LionDesk automatically bills the $3 to the stored credit card.

Otherwise, important texts don't go out after the limit is reached and we don't realize it until we see a 'limit exceeded' notice and we have to manually add funds. Surely you can create a way to accomplish this

    Of course. That should be obvious. I vote for the auto charge.
