Abilty to toggle off phone calls ringing to cell phone

All calls to my Liondesk number ring through to my cell phone. They appear on my cell phone just as if they had dialed my cell phone directly. I would like the ability to have a toggle to send call directly to voicemail...or (at least) a time frame (like with texts) that I want to receive work calls. I hate getting work calls at 10 PM. I don't want to shut off my phone completely in case a family member needs to reach me. But I don't want to receive work calls after certain hours (and that time frame may be different on different days).
