I like to take a lot of notes of my communications with contacts and I'd like to be able to view it easily as a reference when I make follow up calls.
The current design only shows a small preview of the comment and when you click on it, it is formatted with no paragraph spacing, which makes it more difficult to read.
I suggest taking the "description" column and making it a 2nd row so that it fits the full width, and allowing paragraph spacing.
