I think I have asked for this about 6 months ago.

Kevin, That is a great question! Unfortunately you can only view the report and to tag them you will have to click on the name of the contact which will take you to the profile page. Then you will have to go back to the report to work on the next one.

This is a perfect opportunity to submit your idea/request to add it as a new feature, here is a link where you can do just that!

    Hello Lions,

    You can now filter your contacts to show those who have unsubscribed from your communication. By filtering your unsubscribed contacts, you can delete them, add a tag or add a comment to all those contacts at once. I added a help article below that will show you how:

    Can we add an additional tag to persons who unsubscribe to text?
    I don't want to continue to try communicating with folks who have clearly opted out.
    This would be a simple fix. My other CRM's have this capability so I'm certain that you smart guys can figure out how to add it here.
