Unread messages notifications

Knowing how many unread messages we have will allow us to not have any lead slip through the cracks. Currently the only way to try and get an idea of which leads contacted us recently we have to set filters and check each and every conversation, however this takes hours and isn't effective since we can never completely review each conversation to find and contact our hot leads.

By having a notification on unread leads we could make sure we cover all of our leads requests and use more efficiently our resources (time and staff)
