Add Button a button to duplicate Drip Campaigns/Publish them also

I see that this is an option in the old Liondesk and for some reason, it's not in the new version. It doesn't make sense to take out such a great feature in the new version on Liondesk.

Now I have to retype all my drip campaigns just because you guys took it out. I feel like when a new version is out, it should be better than the last version. I also can't use the old Liondesk to do it too becasue I don't have access to it.
