Add ability to create custom event timeline items

As there is currently no integration between my email apart from sending through the CRM, I log every email received and sent through my Outlook into LionDesk. I've been labeling these as comments when they are received communications (texts or emails) but it would be nice to be able to label them as Incoming Email/Text to help declutter the timeline.
