user likes the original colors for LionDesk (v1). User is suggesting v2 to have new colors or similar to the older one.

V2 is so terribly hard to use, because of the monochrome, V1 is so much nicer!
To create MUCH better visual identity and ease-of-use LionDesk V2 Needs to incorporate more:

I never even used LionDesk V1, I started fresh with V2 but the color scheme/design makes it a pain to use. I got used to it, but it is awful. And blue is my favorite color!
The problem isn't how nice or bad V2 looks. The problem is that the color and style is a hinderance to it's usability.
I attached a photo from a Zillow tool we use. It is ugly but it is WAY more usable than LionDesk V2.
Notice how it is MUCH easier to look around and quickly gather important/relevant information.
This is a BIG deal. If our company hadn't already been using LionDesk, I would have totally passed it over for this reason alone!
