Automated Email and Text when new lead comes in

I currently have a Zap set up to input a leads information in my CRM. However, can or is there a option to have a welcome email/text to that person as soon as the contact is put into the CRM with a specific tag tied to it? Would be great for lead gen so they get more information from you as soon as they sign up or submit their info.
