LionDesk V2 CRM Ideas Portal

I am checking other CRMs because I have been having issues ccing: liondesk from Gmail to connect email ot contact in CRM. It hasn't been working and I put in requests for this to be fixed. I am looking at Pipeline and Wiseagent, both integrate GMail, yahoo etc so you can see your emails in the CRM and tie emails to specific contact and even add contacts to CRM from the gmail (via wise agent). It's a bit more seamless which I like. I am on a two week trial and will decide this week if it's better for now. Price is comparable.  Is this something you can add? If so, it would make the cc issue a non event.
