LionDesk V2 CRM Ideas Portal

In v1, when you click on the text icon next to the mobile number, you can see the entire thread of previous text conversation and send a new text. In v2, when you click SMS in the contact profile, an empty box comes up to draft a new text but you do not see previous conversations unless you are in the timeline or in communications/text center. User is suggesting v2 have the same function as v1 where you can easily see previous conversations when clicking the text icon.
