Ability to view the contact info within the profile without having to click on the option to open the field (set as default) and be able to do for as bulk action.

    Hello everyone,

    You can set your Favorite fields in the contact record. You can select what contact fields you want to have on display without having to click through the different categories. You only need to set it up once, than it's streamlined to your entire database. I added an article link below to show how:
