It would be useful to allow other automated action steps that function within the CRM. For example, once a contact goes through an entire drip campaign of emails/texts/tasks, I would want to have an automated last step to update/remove a tag/list from that contact. Such as setting an action item to automatically remove the contact from its "new leads" tag and add a "no response" or "dead lead" tag as the last step in a campaign for new leads.
