A lot of us are using FB more and more to reach out to clients and potential clients. Often, clients reach out to us via FB. It would be nice to have that as an option for "activity" along with inbound text...but I guess that's a different subject

Yes please! And also an option for "gift given" as an activity - so that you can pull a contact and see which gifts you've given them and when.

I know that Textline does this and It makes sense

perhaps that would look like a messenger or messaging inbox sync for instagram and facebook for instance. Perhaps that would populate in the respective contact itself and in the dashboard metrics that can link to the filtered list of contacts that have messaged about social media engagement etc.

Agreed. Custom activities would be appreciated. E.G. facebook messenger, text from personal phone,
