Quiet time for ALL Texting

This could be a default and uncheck or a check to use but having a quiet time for texting would be beneficial for my application purpose. I saw that 3 years ago someone posted the idea for drip campaigns and that would be very useful as well as I start a text drip when I import or create a contact. I may talk to them tonight but that doesn't mean they always want a text during the night. I've had several clients get upset because texts went out at night.
