Ability to edit emails before they are sent from Campaigns and Plans

Currently there is no way to edit an email after it is has been assigned in a plan or campaign without editing the original template before assigning.

This is a major flaw of the system!

It would be nice to be able to build template emails and then be able to edit them based on the situation after it is assigned to a contact or transaction.

For example, Plan templates used for transactions, each transaction is different. There are basic things that happen routinely, but then nuances based on the client/transaction mean that a template email would have to be edited before it is sent.

There needs to be a way for the emails to not send automatically if desired, to give the agent the ability to edit the email for the situation before sending.

Other CRM's like Top Producer, do this.

Please let me know ASAP if this will be an option, or else I need to look for another CRM.
