Horizontal Scroll Bar in Campaigns

When I am creating campaigns, I have to zoom out to 200% to see all text fields and it's barely legible b/c the print becomes too small. Not very user friendly, I've never used any website that doesn't have scroll bars to offset zoom functionality. My monitor is 18x24 inches approximately, so it's not due to small laptop screen.
