Texting: opt in just stopped multiple conversations that I was responding to. The opt out worked better.

The other party never said stop, we were communicating and when I sent a response to a couple of them I looked back and the opt in message went to them but not my response. The opt out should be there for them to stop when they are ready to stop communicating. The opt in does not allow us to keep the client interested in the conversation. This probably just cost me two or three contracts.
