A checklist would be a great to do when adding a new contact for expample, send a thank you card, add to drip campaign, add into MLS, etc... The ability to add multiple checklists to once contact and schedule each line item would be huge! Something like what you can do in Trello.

A checklist can be created by using campaigns. You can create a campaign with only tasks reminders that will schedule tasks for your contacts. I added a help article below that will show you how to create a campaign.
