When I receive an email notifying me that a lead has unsubscribed from my drip campaign, I have no way to eliminate (as required by law) the drip using my phone. Why is that? This should be a priority for LionDesk to ensure compliance with laws regarding unsubscribing of emails.
Very helpful! Thanks! Wasn't able to respond inside the idea. Thanks again!
Hi Mona,
To clarify, when a contact unsubscribes from a campaign, LionDesk will automatically stop sending emails and text messages to the contact. No further action is necessary. However, if you would still like to remove the campaign, I added the instructions in the comment above.
Hello Lions,
With the mobile app, you can remove individual actions of a campaign or the entire campaign. Click on the link below to learn how!

So you're saying it already exists yet you don't show me how to do it. I
have found no way to remove someone from a drip on my cell. If I'm mobile
and I get a notification someone has unsubscribed, I want to be able to
discontinue that campaign WITHOUT needing to put them on a new drip. If
they unsubscribed, I shouldn't have them on any drip. Thanks!
