    Yes, having the ability to send a customized message when a client unsubscribes from emails, such as; "I am sorry that you decided to unsubscribe from receiving further emails. It is my desire to keep you informed of the latest market trends. If there is anything that I may be able to assist with, please feel free to let me know. Yours...." I feel this is a better closing experience for both parties.
