Feature Request to Support Campaigns to Custom Phone Number & Email Address Fields

We ran into a LionDesk system limitation based on our import of contacts to where LionDesk only utilizes the "Phone Number", "Phone (Mobile)" & "Email" fields for calling, texting and emailing.


The system should be flexible in that it will allow for texting, calling and emailing to additional custom fields for a given campaign. We lost a lot of good data that had been paid for to be Skip Traced as a result of LionDesk not supporting texting, calling or emailing custom fields with valid phone numbers and email addresses in them.


I would recommend allowing 2 methods in the system for this purpose:


1) LionDesk automatically detecting 10 digit phone numbers and / or email addresses in custom fields and allowing text, call & email campaigns based on the corresponding fields.


2) Allowing the administrator to select custom fields to tie to texting, calling & emailing campaigns to.

Keep in mind that the above are just examples of custom fields however, LionDesk should be flexible in a way where any fields with 10 digit phone numbers and / or email addresses are valid for running texts, calls and / or email campaigns for in addition to the default LionDesk fields.


NOTE: This is applicable to Campaigns, Contacts & Power Dialer.
