When a transaction moves to the next stage we need to send certain emails to title, the seller, buyer and agents. For example, when it moves to "Under Contract" we need to send an email to the seller (or buyer), the other party's agent, and to title. We would like to create tasks or some sort of prompt that will send us a reminder to send certain emails when a transaction moves to the next phase.

You can create Transaction Plans to send yourself reminders for important tasks. Each plan is phase or "stage" specific. I added a help article below that will show you how:
