Able to add and edit contact status. Closed/Inactive is 2 different things. I would like to have them separate and able to add new ones like Credit Repair or Not Ready
I voted for this as well. As a real estate professional, without being able to use "Status" as a customizable field, the CRM is almost rendered pointless when analyzing pipelines. Our transactions are so incredibly long and have so many different moving pieces. For 100$/ month i'm a little surprised by this as my last CRM had that option....
Voted. I am in the process of customizing this CRM to fit my workflow and it doesn't make any sense to me why the contact status field is not customizable when all the other field categories are??? Some of the statuses don't fit well for my situation.
I just voted for this, because I would love this feature. For now I am planing on using the "Hotness" section for the Status. It allows custom tags, and shows up under the contact name. I think it could work well for this. any thoughts?
I agree with the original post. I would take it a step further and make it completely customize able like some of the other sections (like type).
