I want to be able to filter out people who have a certain tag (or even Hotness) so I can easily put people into campaigns that they have NOT been in before. Right now this has to be done manually when if we could just have this in the contact filters, I could do this in bulk in seconds instead of hours.

You can't even sort the tag column. I agree about your comment...seconds instead of hours. There are a lot of these.
