Assign more than one team member to a contact

We have a lender added on to our team but currently their is no "sub" contact assigned. So he is unable to see any updates we put into liondesk unless I assigned only him to the contact page

    you can add the lender to to a new team with team sharing on. So everyone in that team can see each other's contact if team mate is not the assigner user.
