I would like to be able to track how much in fees from my commission I am paying - IE, broker split (mine is a flat rate), Charity Donation, Transaction Coordinator Fees, Referall splits, ETC. I know that you can add these custom fields, which I did, but I would like to see it subtracted from my commission, or in a chart/graph so that I can track these numbers at a higher level/glance.
Also, it would be useful to be able to track the commission by month/year. I currently created different tranaction tyes for each year, as a work around - but we need to be able to quickly track our finances per transaction.
MLS integration into transactions would be super awesome as well
I agree. Total commission is not take home when fees are involved. Would be great to be able to have fields to adjust commission splits for referrals, client credits, etc.
