For a particular client, many times it is necessary to create sub folders in order to keep things separated during a particular transaction.

Allow subfolders in Documents Merged

ByCounty King Selling Buying Pierce Selling Buying Snohomish Selling Buying ByAgent .... All of these could be folders with data inside the bottommost only. An alternative might be to sync up with Google Drive.
