LionDesk V2 CRM Ideas Portal

We have a call center that makes 1000's of calls a week. We record phone calls so that when the leads are passed to us we are able to play back the calls to get up to date. It would be nice if our call center could attach the recordings to the lions desk contact record. We would also like to be able to attach contracts and photos of the properties to the individual contacts.
