Search word to stay "active" after selecting an option in the drop down menu when selecting a tag for filtering

Under activity timeline be able to select an option to view the system updates for contact such as when a lead gets assinged to an team member

Currently you have to have "All Activity" to view this type of notes and have to scroll through the entire activity timeline to find it.
