I've read through some of the request pages, but I firmly believe this request needs to be implemented as soon as possible. It's a fundamental for any CRM - metric reporting/upgrading how activity is reported. The dashboard itself is fine - but sometimes it's not sufficient to just select 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days or recorded data. That doesn't do anything for us if we're wanting to pull how many calls were conducted from 11/15-11/30, etc. Essentially we're talking about the ability to select our own time frame for what information is reported. Very similar to Facebook ads or Google ads dashboards. Additionally, the ability to extract CSV files for this recorded information on our accounts would be invaluable as I can take that information and start analysis on past vs future performance. It's disappointing that this can't be done now as I tried contacting support to send me a CSV file with the requested information - details like number of calls, time of calls, perhaps duration of calls (not necessary), etc. These things would be invaluable to assess performance as our agency grows.
