Using our own phone number for texting will allow the client to easily save the number in their phone. What happens if/when I change to a CRM that allows this feature? Will my clients continue to call the "wrong" (Lion Desk) phone number. I think this feature is a must-have for any real estate agent trying to establish a long term relationship with their clients.
