Right now notes/comments will get buried as you add more and you have to scroll through all the comments to find client information. I'd like to keep a note section of current information that I can see on the main page and edit as time goes on and add things such as their favorite restaurant, beverage, etc.
Just launched, you can now 'pin' 3 events to the top of your contacts activity.
yes having a notes box would be super helpful because a note really isnt an activity so it doesnt really make sense the way it is currently set up. just my opinion but though I would let you know Thank you!

I deal with clients with multiple properties with multiple Tenants. I would like to keep certain information on their properties quickly and easily accessible when in conversation so I wouldn't have look endlessly for the info. Having a "Notes" section would be ideal! However we I can assist to push for this, I'm in.

It's not the same. I export my list every week to a spreadsheet/report for each of my agents. Right now, I have to use SQL and export the liondesk contact table and merge it with the original notes data (it's a lot of work every week) Most of my agents prefer the printed report
With a notes field in the contacts table it would be just one easy export and print. If we can export just "pinned" events with the contact info that would work. The export "all" events is way too big (that you need to clean up) and the columns don't line up
I only use 5 fields and I use the address city field for a short note (but it's too small)

I know I can pin the comment but, would be nice to have a notes section and it's easier to export vs the mass export (the mass export gives me 30,000 lines)

I do this with the Old Version- I added a Custom Field called "Perma Note" and I put those things there that always need to be seen.

"What a great idea, although you can like comments and all those will filter to the top".
I've looked at v1 and v2 and not seeing a way to like a comment so it will filter to the top. Where is this?

That's the number one issue I have- i currently use a custom field for notes- however in v2 it limits how many character show

I think the wording would be something like “pinning” desired comments/notes to the top so you see them first.
