You should be able to use any additional email/phone # in all functions of the system. To send a one off email/text including both husband and wife. Or if you are sending a mass email/text to your entire database, say for an event or to communicate things like Covid-19 updates, you should be able to add in all emails & texts tied to a contact. You should also be able to setup drips to include these additional emails & phone numbers for each contact as well.
Have asked the same thing...repeatedly.
I want to email both the spouse and the main contact without having them be a separate contact. I have all of my couples contacts as one contact from V1 it worked perfectly. Now I cannot event email the spouses without making a separate contact which will take hours/days for me to do with all my contacts. please bring back.
YES to this!! It would be so nice if I wanted to do a mass email/text that the spouse would be included, also!
I have individual contact cards for spouses/roommates. It would be great to put them all in the associated party box and label them “wife” “boyfriend” “roommate” etc, and then that way everyone’s getting contacted appropriately
In addition to being able to add spouses to email and text, the spouse info should be an available in the "insert LionDesk Content" options!
In addition to this, allow spouse to be separate contact and link!
Honestly can’t believe that someone forgot to include the ability to add a spouse or partner in a contact. As it currently stands, we cannot send a text or email to both parties. With all due respect, that is silly.
If You're going to have a place to store numbers/email addresses without being able to communicate through the CRM, then you make it impossible to soley use Liondesk and the number I pay for... Other CRM's allow you to put in a spouses info, but it just creates a separate contact and basically links them. I find this approach helpful...
