It would be great to send invites for appointments to my clients.

A lot of us are using FB more and more to reach out to clients and potential clients. Often, clients reach out to us via FB. It would be nice to have that as an option for "activity" along with inbound text...but I guess that's a different subject

Very simple search of the notes section in Lion Desk would be helpful.

It may sound silly, but I would love to be able to adjust the base theme colors to go with my branding.

For instance if a customer clicks a link, fills out a form, or reply's to the email, can they be taken off the rest of the automation?

Sure would be great if we could set up auto emails and /or text with photos for events

The reason for this report feature would be so we can see the difference in plain texts and in video texts. Ultimately we would like another option in the communications tab next to the text option that logged video texts
