If this system is supposed to be for Agents then transaction type should include sellers agent or listing. Not just listing for rent.

It's simply not efficient to have to read through the entire plan to find the next task that is due. Please create the ability to sort via date !!!

Make it easier to choose dates. Right now your only option is to choose from calendar dates. You should be able to type in a date also vs only being able to choose from a calendar.

W/in v2 After creating the transaction plan and you go to edit a task there is no option for you to edit the task. Only option will be to delete the task and the only thing you can edit is the title of the plan.
