Put in STOP in text messages sent by lion desk allowing the reciever to opt out of future text messages
I send a lot of text marketing with lion desk and I do get people whom want to be removed from the list. I think the STOP should be inluded automatically with all texts to allow the person recieving the text the instructions to opt out if they choose

It is very off-putting when weird number texts you. You should offer the choice to have a random number or use your own phone number.

Using Our Own Phone Number
Have the ability to just use our own phone number attached to the texts we send out instead of a "custom number". Client's already have my number; I don't want them to have to have two separate ones for me.
