Hi, i would like for clients to be able to unsubscribe from all communication instead of email and text messages separately.

Subject lines and messages with emojis are opened and read at a higher rate. Right now we can add an emoji when writing yet when the message is sent, the emojis aren’t displayed.

it would be nice to have a visual dropdown list that shows my already uploaded images, similar to adding a video to email.

I send a lot of text marketing with lion desk and I do get people whom want to be removed from the list. I think the STOP should be inluded automatically with all texts to allow the person recieving the text the instructions to opt out if they choose

For example, on an email I want my subject to be: "Happy Friday!" or "Wow, can you believe it's already June?"

I find, all too often, that when I'm working on a task that I've been logged off but only find out when I got to complete or submit the task and the whole time has been wasted. Must be a better way....

Most people prefer texts so I have to key in my name, title, broker and website every time or switch to a page to copy and then paste. Waste my limited time. Please give us a text signature as soon as you can. Thank you!

I scheduled a group email and then wanted to move the date on which the group email was to be sent. I learned that i would have to go through and chane each one individually. Makes me not want to use this service at all.

A way for the client to opt back in if they accidentally opted out... Not having LD reach out to our clients

The phone number should be allowed to be used for text or calls. It is awkward when you call your prospect or client from another number after you have had been texting back and forth for some time.
