Message a team member in the crm not as a email

Currently we only have the ability to email are team member through the CRM. Emails get lost easily as you know. Follow up boss has this feature and I have used it and Its awesome!

Access Contacts from Communications

In communications, it would be great to pull up the texting center and be able to click on any of the contacts to go to their profile.
