Integrate with Google Voice
I have a specific number I use through Google voice for all business communication. It would be great so that I can stick with one number for all calls and texts so as to not confuse clients.

Please add users First and LAST name in Text Opt-ins
Currently Lionsdesk only sends out an Opt-in request with my first name. If they don't know it's coming that would be confusing. Please include users first and last name.

Have our own phone number show when texting
It is very off-putting when weird number texts you. You should offer the choice to have a random number or use your own phone number.

Have the option of previewing email before sending
I've caught grammar mistakes, awkward sentences and paragraphs, and ways to restate what I've written so it's more direct and easier to understand by previewing the email or emailing it to myself.

Email or Text window to stay up within profile
When the user clicks on the email or text icon within the contact profile, if user accidentally clicks out of the window or scrolls down they will lose the pop up. User would like the pop up to stay up if you have to scroll or click out
