I really don't understand the step of saving scheduled emails. These are usually email specific to a situation that I just don't want to send at 10pm. So I schedule it.

Similar to text2sell, I would like to be able to add a source for leads calling the custom number.

I would like the ability to edit font style and size when printing shipping labels.

The old liondesk had an easy way to see if people had opened an email without clicking and checking.

I can only delete a scheduled email one at a time. It would be great if I can bulk delete them. This would be useful and save me a lot of time if I make a mistake and can easily bulk delete the scheduled email.
