When sending out a video email template from LionDesk, when the contact opens the email and clicks on the video, the agent's information displays at the top. User wants an option to remove agent information from the top of the template.

When I schedule a recurring email to a prospect, unless there's a better way, currently to find the email I have to go to the Communications tab and look it up. And to edit the email I have to go to the Marketing tab and find it there. Would it be...
