Email Template
It would be nice if the email system would have a base template maker like MailChimp. Also it would be great to have it not just for dirp messages but for day to day emails.

In the old version, when you got to the communication section we have the option there to send emails selecting our contact list without going to the contact section and add the filter. If this feauture is add it to the new section I think will be...

I suggest when a caller calls in they hear the message to press a random double Digit number to press to verify they’re human

Abilty to toggle off phone calls ringing to cell phone
All calls to my Liondesk number ring through to my cell phone. They appear on my cell phone just as if they had dialed my cell phone directly. I would like the ability to have a toggle to send call directly to voicemail...or (at least) a time fram...

Save a new email as a template
Saving an email as a draft has already been suggested and I think GREATLY needed. But also, just saving an email as template could be useful. Right now, there's no save option at all.

Search by keyword in communication center/texting center
User would like to be able to search keywords pertaining to listings in the search bar within communications/texting center to pull up all the conversations that has that specific keyword/property.

After you email someone the contact record you were email opens back up.
Right now when you send someone an email after you send it a new email opens up vs just going back to the record you were on. Highly unlikely someone would want to email the same person again.
