I have a specific number I use through Google voice for all business communication. It would be great so that I can stick with one number for all calls and texts so as to not confuse clients.

Add the date of the Update in the Subject and at the top of the email someplace. (sometimes email build up and when looking at the update emails the date would help me figure out what Day the updates are for.

I know can track last time a contact had opened an email. I will like to follow up with these contacts, Currently, I can follow with these contacts one at a time. It would save me time if I can do it for all contacts at once.

Adding a DNC label that automatically removes a clients number from a mass text when selected in bulk actions. For example I bulk text all 100 of my contacts but it automatically won't send to the 10 DNC clients I have labeled.
