I would love the ability to have the ability to do a mass update of custom fields and any other fields.

The Status is not editable, nor can we add statuses. The statuses you use are not relevant to real estate. For example, you have closed/onactive those are two unrelated statuses in a real estate agents world.

I am about to do a filter by "Company," and it is not avaiaible. it does make sense not been able to filter the fields available. it defeat the propuse of filtering. Otherwise what good is to have the Field and if I can not filter it

This CRM is designed for real estate offices. Since most offices have the broker of record as the contact owners, the assigned agent should still be able to add relationship contacts if they have both contacts assigned to them.

My clients love to get a card with a birthday acknowledgement of their birthday. Now I will have to create a month tag and put clients in that tag by month so I can sort them.

Would be great to be able to clean up old lists and correct misspellings, etc. We can delete filters so we should also be able to delete lists.
