Because clicking through many pages adding 200 at a time is cumbersome and waste time. Many users have more than a few hundred contacts. The purpose of a CRM is to make marketing more efficient. Save users time. Be more efficient!

I sent out a bulk email to over 15,000 recipients, I received many notices that a contact has opted out. 1) I would prefer to not have to get 1 email for each notice, how about 1 email with a daily count?

When I search for tags, as one example, I cannot see the full phrase of what I search for. Example: I write "walker barnes" wanting to see walker barnes past clients...all I see is "Walker...." This is unhelpful and time consuming.

Instead of having to go through merging duplicates from profile, would like to suggest having one merge button that automatically will merge the contacts instead of having to go through each one by one.

This would include general contact information, tags (should be appended and not overwritten), contact source, type, etc.

If, for example, I get a good seller lead, I want to be able to save a copy of an old MLS record, the public record information, my CMA, etc attached to the contact record so I have all the relevant info in one place.
