change the contact view so I don't need to click the drop down arrow to see contact info.
It is a time suck to have to click to see an address, phone number and other very common contact info.

Deleting Contacts
I'm the account owner/broker. I have an agent who has to send me contacts she needs deleted, since I'm the owner. Is there a way to set it up so she can delete contacts that I send to her and delete contacts that she brings in and adds to LionDesk...

Using Our Own Phone Number
