When you delete a task from inside the contact record, it doesn't remove it from the Task list

Customized field NOT remaining. In contacts, favorite fields- drop down for customize... does NOT save. When you return to contact fields are missing

The documents section in LD is crucial to me and my business and working with a CRM system. Will you please add that section to the new version? Thank you thank you!

I would like to have the ability to edit comments I make within the task section

It would be really helpful to be able to pin a note/comment to the top of the contacts "Contact Activity timeline" so we can put the important info in a note and have it immediately available when we are interacting with them.

I use recurring tasks in LionDesk v1 and really need it in V2 before I can switch over to V2.

It's better if you can add unsubscribed option to filter contacts or add bulk action options for contacts under email reporting tab

As a team owner and team user I like to filter on my team members Leeds. Sometimes they own those leads sometimes I on the leaves. So I filter on the assigned agent field. This is not available from where I can see in version 2.
