LionDesk V2 CRM Ideas Portal

I added some favorites to Contacts, Phone, Email, etc...but when I added Address as a Favorite text under it which appears to say +Add Address is distorted. Using a Macbook Pro, browser Google Chrome.

I have searched and cannot easily find a way to add a comment. Besides the name you have icons but none of them allow you to easily click into an area where comments or notes can be added

I'd like to run a search based on a TAG filter - and be able to click on certain contacts and then BATCH REMOVE from a TAG. Maybe they were Tagged incorrectly - OR they have changed status, and no longer fit that TAG.. It's way to tedious and time...

As a user of an Infiniti product, yLOPO,I want to be able to search on idx activity such as when they visit the site do they have searches are they opening the search etc. I can't find that in the new version

On V1, I had the ability to search my contacts and do a mass action to them all. It gave me an option to only update the contacts on the screen or do all. With the ability to only show 50 contacts at a time, it only allows me to update those 50 co...
