When there are a lot of fields in contact screen I would need to scroll to the right to see them. It will be helpful if the scroll bar is also on the top.

My company just changed their email platform and now no emails sync. Syncing emails was the key feature I was looking for in a CRM. Would it be possible to sync with One in the future?

Every time I customize, it doesn't save, so when I go back the next day, default is back. Again, another part of LD that I cannot customize to my needs..

I find I'm limited to texting only those contacts 'checked off' on single page, without the ability to carry over contacts checked on a second page. The checkboxes should apply to the whole process of sending a bulk text.

Everyone would benefit from it. especially us who do not like or use Bomb Bomb. It will help us give better information to clients - We should have a 30 sec text message and a one minute email capability

As agents receive a message that they have exceeded their text limit, it would be helpful to have a place to see the total number used for the month. Note: We are still using the original version.

it's useful to send out more texts. really just need 150 contact at once
